Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 15 stalks rhubarb
- 4 apple
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbs water
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup plain flour
Instruction
- String rhubarb and cut into pieces 3 cm long.
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- Place fruit into a microwave container.
- Add sugar and a splash of water and cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Spoon fruit into a 2 L baking dish.
- Crumble topping: Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle topping over fruit and pat down firmly.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve with ice-cream, cream or custard.
