Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 32 Ounce sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 cups Swiss Cheese (shredded )
- 7 Ounce Corned Beef (lunch meat cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Rye bread toasted for dipping
Instruction
- Cut corned beef lunch meat into strips or chunks, drain sauerkraut, melt the butter and beat the egg
- Combine sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef, butter and egg in the crock pot
- Cook on high for 2 hours
- Toast rye bread and serve on the side for dipping.
