Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 Ounce sauerkraut (drained)
  • 2 cups Swiss Cheese (shredded )
  • 7 Ounce Corned Beef (lunch meat cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Rye bread toasted for dipping

Instruction

  • Cut corned beef lunch meat into strips or chunks, drain sauerkraut, melt the butter and beat the egg
  • Combine sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef, butter and egg in the crock pot
  • Cook on high for 2 hours
  • Toast rye bread and serve on the side for dipping.
