Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 14 oz cans fire-roasted tomatoes (juices reserved)
- Juice of 3-4 wedges of lime
- 2 large jalapenos (seeds carefully removed)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 4oz can diced green chilies
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 medium red onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into blender. Blend just until everything is well combined. Add as much reserved tomato juice as needed to reach desired consistency. Store in airtight container, chilled, for up to a week.
