Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-28 ounce can diced tomato
- 1-4 ounce. can green chiles
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (or diced whole tomato)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a blender (or food processor). Pulse 2-4 times, until salsa has reached your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more vinegar or salt, if needed.
- Serve, or store for up to 5 days.
