Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium bag Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups pulled pork (pre cooked and shredded)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole (- recipe HERE)
- 1/2 cup pic de gallo (- recipe HERE)
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Worcetershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Instruction
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. On an oven safe pan, layer tortilla chips with pulled pork, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake just until cheese melts, it only takes a few minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the nachos all over with the BBQ sauce and sour cream. Serve with a side of guacamole and pico de gallo.
