Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium bag Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups pulled pork (pre cooked and shredded)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole (- recipe HERE)
  • 1/2 cup pic de gallo (- recipe HERE)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Worcetershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Instruction

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. On an oven safe pan, layer tortilla chips with pulled pork, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake just until cheese melts, it only takes a few minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle the nachos all over with the BBQ sauce and sour cream. Serve with a side of guacamole and pico de gallo.
