Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 medium cucumber (, peeled and seeded)
- 1 medium pear
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 6-8 mint leaves (, stems removed)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1-1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup no-sugar added coconut milk
Instruction
- Slice cucumber into large chunks. Peel and slice pear, removing seeds.
- Layer ingredients into blender in order given, pouring lime juice and coconut milk on top. Process until smooth and serve immediately.
