Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 medium cucumber (, peeled and seeded)
  • 1 medium pear
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 6-8 mint leaves (, stems removed)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup no-sugar added coconut milk

Instruction

  • Slice cucumber into large chunks. Peel and slice pear, removing seeds.
  • Layer ingredients into blender in order given, pouring lime juice and coconut milk on top. Process until smooth and serve immediately.
