Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 3 medium Persian cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 5 oz. cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix well and then serve immediately.
