Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chickpeas, drained
  • 3 medium Persian cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 5 oz. cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix well and then serve immediately.
