Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 lb. white chocolate candy coating (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 20 mini REESE'S cups (coarsely chopped - I used an assortment of dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate)
Instruction
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Place white chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the white chocolate for 60 seconds. Stir, and continue microwaving it at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
- Add the peanut butter to the white chocolate, and mix until smooth.
- Spread this mixture onto the parchment paper in a thin layer.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the milk chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate, and continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until it's melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate mixture, and then use a knife to swirl them together.
- Sprinkle the chopped REESE'S cups evenly over the top.
- Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until set.
- Break into pieces.
