Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 12 tbsp. cocoa ((3/4 cup))
  • 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (melted (1 1/4 cup))
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (Bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 24 Reese’s milk chocolate peanut butter cups

Instruction

  • Melt butter; cool.
  • Add eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour and nuts.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Spread half of the mixture into a 9x13” glass baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups.
  • Place peanut butter cups in a 4x6 pattern for a total of 24 peanut butter cups.
  • Spread remaining half of the brownie mixture over top of the peanut butter cups.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
