The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 ripe bananas (mashed (about 2 cups or 450 grams))
- 3 large eggs (150 grams)
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature (1 stick or 113 grams))
- ½ cup brown sugar (107 grams)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (99 grams)
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter (90 grams)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 grams)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (6 grams)
- 2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (roughly chopped and divided (about 350 grams))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add the bananas, eggs, butter, sugars, and peanut butter to a large bowl. Beat together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the flour and baking soda and mix until just combined, about 1 minute.
- Fold in 1 cup of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Top each loaf with the remaining chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
