Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 2-packs Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (or 12 individual packs)
- pretzels for dipping
Instruction
- Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
- Combine cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer for 1 minute.
- Add most of the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, save just a few to garnish the top. Mix with a spoon until combined.
- Garnish the top with the remaining Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and serve with pretzels. This dip can be stored in the fridge until ready to serve, but best if served at room temperature.
