  • 85 g (1/3 cup) softened butter
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) caster (superfine) sugar
  • 85 g (2/3 cup) ground almonds
  • 40 g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
