- 85 g (1/3 cup) softened butter
- 100 g (1/2 cup) caster (superfine) sugar
- 85 g (2/3 cup) ground almonds
- 40 g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
