Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup dark chocolate pieces
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cup red wine
Instruction
- In a small sauce pan, over medium-low heat, bring the wine and milk to a low simmer.
- Gently add the dark chocolate pieces and carefully stir using a rubber spatula.
- After two minutes, or when the chocolate seems to be completely melted, use a whisk and rigorously aggravate the mixture to ensure the chocolate is incorporated into the liquids.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
