The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 ounces Mexican-style chorizo sausage links (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 3/4 cup good-quality red wine
- fresh loaf of artisan bread
Instruction
- In a large non-stick skillet, add the oil. Heat over medium-high heat and then add the chorizo. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until lightly brown. Add the wine and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the wine has reduced and the chorizo has cooked through.
- Serve the red wine chorizo bites with fresh bread and enjoy immediately!
