Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup flax milk (or whatever milk you choose)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instruction
- The night before, mix together your first 5 ingredients into a bowl, and place in a large glass jar (bowl or tupperware is also fine).
- Top with blueberries, raspberries, and coconut.
- Place into the fridge.
- In the morning, the oats will have soaked up the liquid. Give it a good stir, and serve! You can add nuts, granola, or chia seeds as another healthy option with a crunch.
