Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (to melt)
  • 1 1/4 cup cherry-blueberry jam (or equal amounts of each flavor jam)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Melt semisweet chips in the microwave or double boiler, set aside.
  • Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and jam.
  • Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, and gradually add to sugar mixture.
  • Stir in melted chocolate, then white chocolate chips.
  • Batter will be thick! Pour into baking pan, spreading to cover.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Let cool for as long as you can possibly stand it before cutting. Eat a few and then take to your friends before the whole pan is gone.
