Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (to melt)
- 1 1/4 cup cherry-blueberry jam (or equal amounts of each flavor jam)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Melt semisweet chips in the microwave or double boiler, set aside.
- Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and jam.
- Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, and gradually add to sugar mixture.
- Stir in melted chocolate, then white chocolate chips.
- Batter will be thick! Pour into baking pan, spreading to cover.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Let cool for as long as you can possibly stand it before cutting. Eat a few and then take to your friends before the whole pan is gone.
