Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (1-ounce) package fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup cold fat-free milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 (14-ounce) package angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 1/2 cup fresh strawberry slices
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, whisk pudding and milk until thickened. Stir in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.
  • In a large serving bowl, layer half the cake, pudding mixture, strawberries, and blueberries. Repeat layers and dollop with remaining whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve beyond that.
