Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 2 3/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners Sugar
- egg white only* 1 large egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon water
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the sugar, eggs, butter, and extract; mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry cookie ingredients, and whisk well.
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients into the stand mixer and beat until the dough is thick.
- Place dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. The longer, the better.
- Once dough is ready, pluck out small 1 inch balls and place 12 on each cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-9 minutes or until cooled.
