The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/4 Cup Red Velvet Cake Mix (just the powder)
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- White Chocolate for dipping
Instruction
- Place the cake mix, powdered sugar, and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and use a hand held mixer to combine until the dough forms a ball. At first it will seem crumbly, but continue to mix and it will come together.
- Place in the fridge to rest for 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 second increments.
- Powder your hands with powdered sugar and roll tablespoon sized balls in your hand.
- Immediately dip in the white chocolate and allow to drip a little.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Top with sprinkles if desired.
- Allow to dry and enjoy!
