Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/4 Cup Red Velvet Cake Mix (just the powder)
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • White Chocolate for dipping

Instruction

  • Place the cake mix, powdered sugar, and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and use a hand held mixer to combine until the dough forms a ball. At first it will seem crumbly, but continue to mix and it will come together.
  • Place in the fridge to rest for 1 hour.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 second increments.
  • Powder your hands with powdered sugar and roll tablespoon sized balls in your hand.
  • Immediately dip in the white chocolate and allow to drip a little.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Top with sprinkles if desired.
  • Allow to dry and enjoy!
