Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. red velvet cake mix
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2-3 drops red food color
  • 8 cups Cocoa Pebbles
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instruction

  • In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  • Add vanilla and marshmallows, and continue cooking and stirring until marshmallows are mostly melted and smooth.
  • Stir in cake mix, cocoa powder, and food color.
  • Stir in Cocoa Pebbles.
  • Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a lightly buttered 13x9-inch pan.
  • Allow to set, and cut into bars.
  • Drizzle bars with melted white chocolate for garnish, and allow to set.
