Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 oz. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. red velvet cake mix
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2-3 drops red food color
- 8 cups Cocoa Pebbles
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Instruction
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
- Add vanilla and marshmallows, and continue cooking and stirring until marshmallows are mostly melted and smooth.
- Stir in cake mix, cocoa powder, and food color.
- Stir in Cocoa Pebbles.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a lightly buttered 13x9-inch pan.
- Allow to set, and cut into bars.
- Drizzle bars with melted white chocolate for garnish, and allow to set.
