Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. butter (softened)
- 4 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 x 9" pan.
- Mix cake mix, egg and butter together.
- Divide dough in thirds. Press 2/3 of the dough in the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 6 minutes
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top of baked crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over sweetened condensed milk.
- Drop remaining 1/3 cake dough over the sweetened condensed milk layer. The dough is a little sticky and hard to place. I use my fingers to try and smooth it out as best as I can. It's okay if it doesn't completely cover the sweetened condensed milk layer. It will fill in as it bakes.
- Bake for an additional 20-23 minutes.
