The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 16.5 oz. Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix box
- 1/2 cup Butter {8 Tbsp. or 1 Stick} (melted)
- 1 Large Egg
Instruction
- Mix together Dry Cake Mix, Melted Butter, and Egg in medium mixing bowl.
- Form dough into 1 large ball, then cover top of dough ball with saran wrap.
- Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
- After dough has chilled, carefully form into balls. The dough will be slightly crumbly, and that’s okay… just use the heat from the palm of your hand when forming the balls.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 8 – 9 minutes, or until done.
- A couple of minutes after removing from oven, transfer to wire racks and allow cookies to cool.
- Optional: After cookies have cooled, top with cream cheese frosting to send them over the top!
