Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 box 16.5 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup nestle white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups pink and red sugar sprinkles

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Using a standing mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until fully combined.
  • Place dough into the refrigerator to harden for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge after the 30 minutes is up and scoop two tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough into your hand and roll into a ball
  • Add sprinkles into a bowl and roll dough ball into the sprinkles
  • Place onto the cookie sheet and repeat steps for 12 more cookies.
  • Place cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place chocolate chips onto the top of the cookies.
  • Place back into the oven for another 2 minutes then allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Repeat steps with remaining dough.
