Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (18.25-ounce) box red velvet cake mix
  • 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • (3.4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.  Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine.
  • Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish. (I also added some whole pecans to the top to make them pretty.)
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set to your liking. (We like ours fudgey so we bake them for about 30 minutes.) Cool completely before cutting and serving.
