Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 1 red velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter (melted)
- 1 c. butter (softened but not to room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 7oz jar marshmallow fluff
- black frosting gel tube
Instruction
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and melted butter in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon. Drop by the spoonful (or using a cookie scoop) onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- Place softened butter for frosting in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer till creamy.
- Add powdered sugar 1/2 c. at a time to avoid a mess; add almond extract.
- Add marshmallow fluff and mix well.
- Frost cookies and carefully draw Baymax faces on each one with the frosting gel. Enjoy!
