Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon White-Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse or smooth Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instruction
- Whisk garlic, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
