Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon White-Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse or smooth Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Whisk garlic, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Slowly whisk in oil.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
