- 1lb broccolini greens (450 g)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch of dried chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/8 cup of steaming water from broccolini
