Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Instruction

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until you get desired consistency. You can also chop all the ingredients for a chunkier texture.
  • Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
