Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-6 oz can Lindsay Naturals Green Olives; drained
- 5 oz roasted red peppers ((7 oz jar; drained))
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-8 oz brick of cream cheese; room temp
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Either by hand or in a food processor, chop the olives, peppers, and garlic.
- Place in a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use or serve immediately.
