Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 4 Red onions (sliced)
  • 6.667 cups baking potatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1.667 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (chopped)

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions and potatoes for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper and add the bay leaf.
  • Pour in the stock and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with basil.
