Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Red onions (sliced)
- 6.667 cups baking potatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1.667 cups vegetable stock
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (chopped)
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions and potatoes for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper and add the bay leaf.
- Pour in the stock and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with basil.
