The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ½ cup coconut (- fresh, grated and tightly-packed )
- 1 tablespoon pearl onions (- chopped or 1 tablespoon chopped shallots or onions)
- 2 to 3 dry red chilies (- halved or broken or chopped, deseeded)
- 1 inch ginger
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon water (- for grinding or blending)
- salt ( as required)
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon urad dal ((husked and split black gram))
- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon pearl onions (- chopped or 1 tablespoon shallots or onions)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (- edible)
