Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 head red cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and shredded)
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Cover and allow to sit for at least an hour in the fridge or at room temperature.
  • Stir once more before serving.
