Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 55 g porridge oats or 2 sachets Oat So Simple
- 1 small carrot - peeled and finely grated
- 1 small apple - cored and finely grated
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground mixed spice
- 2 cardamom pods - lightly crushed
- 330 ml milk - I use coconut milk drink - but pick your favourite
- berries
- maple syrup
- ground cinnamon
Instruction
- Please the oats, apple, carrots, spices and milk in a microwavable bowl and cook well.
- Microwave on full power* for 2 minutes. Stir, cook a little longer if needed.
- Divide between two bowls and garnish with berries, syrup and a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
