Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped dates.

Instruction

  • Place softened butter or margarine into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in sugars, beating until well combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, salt, and chopped dates, stirring until dough forms.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet or parchment paper.
  • Roll the cookie dough and cut it into your desired shapes.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden around the edges.
