The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped dates.
Instruction
- Place softened butter or margarine into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in sugars, beating until well combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and chopped dates, stirring until dough forms.
- Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- Now Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Roll the cookie dough and cut it into your desired shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden around the edges.
