Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large Cucumbers
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 cups Simple syrup
  • 500 ml Soda
  • 1/4 th cup fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Instruction

  • Cut 4 thin slices of cucumber for garnish and keep it aside.
  • Infuse rosemary sprigs in simple syrup for 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  • Peel and chop the rest of the cucumber and transfer to a food processor, add 2 sprigs of rosemary-infused in simple syrup, lemon juice, and puree it.
  • Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer set over a medium bowl. Press on the solids to extract all the juice.
  • Divide among 2 ice-filled glasses and top it with Soda.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh rosemary sprigs.
