Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2-3 Big size ripe plums with pits removed and diced
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups + 4 cups Water
- To garnish few sprigs of mint leaves
- few Ice cubes
Instruction
- Place the plums, sugar, and 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally while smashing the pulp.
- Strain the warm plum syrup into a large bowl or glass jug.
- Add the strained juice of two lemons, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
- This is your lemonade concentrate. Let it cool under the room temperature.
