Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 fresh Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2-3 Big size ripe plums with pits removed and diced
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups + 4 cups Water
  • To garnish few sprigs of mint leaves
  • few Ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place the plums, sugar, and 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally while smashing the pulp.
  • Strain the warm plum syrup into a large bowl or glass jug.
  • Add the strained juice of two lemons, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
  • This is your lemonade concentrate. Let it cool under the room temperature.
