Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 100 gm All-purpose flour
  • 200 gm Condensed milk
  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml coke or soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 10-12- crushed Oreo biscuits

Instruction

  • Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave for 1 minute.
  • Sieve all-purpose flour (maida), baking powder, and baking soda and keep it aside.
  • Mix together and beat melted chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence
  • Add dry mixture to chocolate mixture and add coke and beat for a minute.
  • Grease the tin with butter and dust with maida. And pour the mixture in the tin and add crushed Oreos and mix once.
  • Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely and unmould the cake and leave it for 4-5 hours before frosting.
  • For Frosting take 2 cups of fresh whipped cream and add 6-8 crushed Oreo in it.
  • Cut the cake into half and do the first layer of frosting.
  • Then gently put the other half of the cake and cover the cake with the rest of the frosting.
  • Place some Oreo biscuits on top and here you are with your Oreo brownie cake.
