Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 100 gm All-purpose flour
- 200 gm Condensed milk
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 ml coke or soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 10-12- crushed Oreo biscuits
Instruction
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Sieve all-purpose flour (maida), baking powder, and baking soda and keep it aside.
- Mix together and beat melted chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence
- Add dry mixture to chocolate mixture and add coke and beat for a minute.
- Grease the tin with butter and dust with maida. And pour the mixture in the tin and add crushed Oreos and mix once.
- Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool completely and unmould the cake and leave it for 4-5 hours before frosting.
- For Frosting take 2 cups of fresh whipped cream and add 6-8 crushed Oreo in it.
- Cut the cake into half and do the first layer of frosting.
- Then gently put the other half of the cake and cover the cake with the rest of the frosting.
- Place some Oreo biscuits on top and here you are with your Oreo brownie cake.
