Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups of All-Purpose flour (Maida)
- 3/4 cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda (Soda Bicarbonate)
- pinch of salt
- 1 Cup of Nutella
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instruction
- Take a Tray and line it with a parchment paper. Now scoop a big spoon of Nutella and place it on the parchment paper.
- Now spread the Nutella and make a disc and freeze it for an hour. Meanwhile, you can prepare the batter and keep it.
- Take a Bowl and add 2 cups of alll-purpose flour or maida.
- Now add Powdered Sugar in the batter.
- Mix flour and well and now add baking powder.
- Now add 1/4th tsp of baking soda in the mix.
- Mix all the dry ingredients well with a whisker.
- Time to add our wet ingredients, starting with adding oil.
- Add 1 Cup of milk, preferably cold milk.
- Add 1 cup of water and mix the batter well. If needed add more milk or water if the batter is a little dry.
- Whisk the batter well so that no lumps are formed and it's in pouring consistency. Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the tray of Nutella only when you are ready with everything and pouring the batter. Nutella discs look like this in the picture.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush it with butter. Now add 1 spoon of batter and spread it on the pan.
- Now carefully place the Nutella disc in the center of the batter.
- Now top it with another spoon of batter to cover the Nutella. Apply slight butter and wait for 1-2 minutes. Once you start seeing bubbles on the side, lift it carefully and see if its cooked golden brown.
- Finally, flip the pancake and cook golden brown on the other side as well. Press lightly on the edges so that it cooks properly. Repeat the same procedure for all the pancakes.
