Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 ltr litre milk Paneer
  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 15-18 Saffron (Kesar in India)
  • 2 tsp warm milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ghee ( to grease)

Instruction

  • Make paneer or chenna from 1 1/2 liter milk by adding lime juice to boiling milk
  • Grease a non-stick pan with little ghee and add the paneer and condensed milk.
  • Mix well and heat the above mixture on medium heat for appx 5-7 minutes till it leaves the side of the pan.
  • Now add cardamom powder and saffron (soak saffron strands in warm milk for 5 minutes) to it and mix for another 1-2 minutes till it is incorporated properly.
  • Switch off the gas and let the laddoo mixture cool for 5-7 minutes.
