Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup long pieces of French beans
- 1 cup long pieces of red bell pepper
- 1 cup long pieces of onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt as required
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Instruction
- Boil the French beans in salted water. When cooked, drain off the water and pour cold water over them to retain their color.
- Saute onions and red bell pepper in olive oil for 4-5 minutes and mix the French beans in it.
- Roast the sesame seeds on a low flame. Grind them coarsely in a mortar and a pestle. Grinding gives a good aroma.
- Add the soya sauce, salt, and sugar and mix well.
- Mix the sauce evenly with the vegetables.
- Transfer the salad onto a serving bowl.
- Have it warm or at room temperature.
