Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 mashed Avocados
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 6-8 finely chopped garlic
  • 1 cup freshly chopped coriander leaves or greens of spring onions
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper or
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

Instruction

  • Mash together avocado, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Mix diced onions, tomatoes, and garlic and stir well.
  • Now add cayenne pepper powder or black pepper powder and mix it.
  • Garnish with coriander or spring onions and serve it immediately or store it in the fridge before serving.
