Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 mashed Avocados
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 6-8 finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup freshly chopped coriander leaves or greens of spring onions
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper or
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
Instruction
- Mash together avocado, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Mix diced onions, tomatoes, and garlic and stir well.
- Now add cayenne pepper powder or black pepper powder and mix it.
- Garnish with coriander or spring onions and serve it immediately or store it in the fridge before serving.
