The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 grams White Chocolate compound (best quality)
- 1 cup mix dry fruits- Almonds (Raisins, Cranberries and dry apricots(optional), coarsely chopped)
Instruction
- Cover baking pan with parchment.
- Microwave the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl until chocolate is almost melted, appx 1 minute.
- Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer.
- Sprinkle with chopped dry fruits mix and press lightly.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and leave it in a dry and cool area.
- You can customize your barks with any kind of nuts you like.
- You can store the barks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
- Highly recommend using high-quality bar white chocolate.
