Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 grams White Chocolate compound (best quality)
  • 1 cup mix dry fruits- Almonds (Raisins, Cranberries and dry apricots(optional), coarsely chopped)

Instruction

  • Cover baking pan with parchment.
  • Microwave the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl until chocolate is almost melted, appx 1 minute.
  • Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped dry fruits mix and press lightly.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Break into pieces and leave it in a dry and cool area.
  • You can customize your barks with any kind of nuts you like.
  • You can store the barks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
  • Highly recommend using high-quality bar white chocolate.
