Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 Pizza base Preferably square (but round ones will do just fine.)
- 2 cups Assorted veggies (Baby corn, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli)
- 1 bunch Rocket leaves
- 1 cup Grated Processed cheese
- 2 tsp dry herbs
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- SALT AS PER TASTE
Instruction
- Dice all the vegetables and keep them aside.
- Take a nonstick pan and heat oil in it, once hot add minced garlic and saute it for a minute.
- Now add all the vegetables and saute for 2-5 minutes on high flame and stirring continuously.
- Once the vegetables are soft and tender add salt, dry herbs, and tomato ketchup. Mix it well and keep it in a bowl.
- Wash and roughly tear rocket leaves with hands and let it dry for 10 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick Tawa / griddle and spray olive oil on it and add pizza base.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on it, spread some rocket leaves and finally add grated cheese over it.
- Cover the pizza with a lid till the base is crispy and cheese is melted a bit.
