Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup-All Purpose Flour or Maida
  • 1 cup -Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/3 cup- Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup-Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbs-Milk
  • 1/2 cup-Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup- chopped Almonds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and brush all sides with butter.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  • Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl and add icing sugar to it and mix well and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, yogurt, and milk till well combined.
  • Now add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix till just combined and do not over-mix it.
  • Pour this batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  • Check by inserting a fork or toothpick in the center to check if the brownies are baked properly.
  • Once the brownies are baked, cool the brownies in the pan and cool them onto a wire rack.
  • Store it in an air-tight container.
