Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup-All Purpose Flour or Maida
- 1 cup -Icing Sugar
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 1/3 cup- Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup-Yogurt
- 1/2 tbs-Milk
- 1/2 cup-Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup- chopped Almonds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and brush all sides with butter.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl and add icing sugar to it and mix well and keep it aside.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, yogurt, and milk till well combined.
- Now add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix till just combined and do not over-mix it.
- Pour this batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- Check by inserting a fork or toothpick in the center to check if the brownies are baked properly.
- Once the brownies are baked, cool the brownies in the pan and cool them onto a wire rack.
- Store it in an air-tight container.
