Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 250 gm plain sweet biscuits- (Marie biscuits found in India)
  • 1 cup coconut (fine desiccated)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 340 gm condensed milk (Nestle or Amul)
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut (fine)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instruction

  • Crush the Marie biscuits in a food processor until it is fine (like flour).
  • Combine the crushed biscuits, 1/2 cup of fine desiccated coconut and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Then slowly stir in the sweetened condensed milk into the mixture. (Don’t pour the whole content of the can, pour it in slowly enough to bind the dough).
  • You know you have the mixture right if the mixture is a dough ball. (If the balls are not holding shape then you may use too much sweetened condensed milk.
  • You should be able to roll them into a ball without being too hard or too soft.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Take a small plate and dust the balls with cocoa powder.
  • Now place the fine desiccated coconut into a flat plate.
  • Roll the balls into the fine desiccated coconut to coat as per your taste.
  • They are now ready to pop into your mouth.
