Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 250 gm plain sweet biscuits- (Marie biscuits found in India)
- 1 cup coconut (fine desiccated)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 340 gm condensed milk (Nestle or Amul)
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut (fine)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instruction
- Crush the Marie biscuits in a food processor until it is fine (like flour).
- Combine the crushed biscuits, 1/2 cup of fine desiccated coconut and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Then slowly stir in the sweetened condensed milk into the mixture. (Don’t pour the whole content of the can, pour it in slowly enough to bind the dough).
- You know you have the mixture right if the mixture is a dough ball. (If the balls are not holding shape then you may use too much sweetened condensed milk.
- You should be able to roll them into a ball without being too hard or too soft.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Take a small plate and dust the balls with cocoa powder.
- Now place the fine desiccated coconut into a flat plate.
- Roll the balls into the fine desiccated coconut to coat as per your taste.
- They are now ready to pop into your mouth.
