Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 175 ml double cream
  • 225 g dark chocolate (good quality)
  • 2 tbsp. sifted cocoa
  • SIFTED ICING SUGAR FOR ROLLING
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp. colorful sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp. dessicated coconut

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan, pour the cream in and bring it to the boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
  • Stir it continuously until it is all melted and you have a creamy smooth consistency.
  • Set aside to cool for 2-3 hours.
  • When cooled and set, cover your hands in icing sugar and roll teaspoon-sized balls. Roll in cocoa powder.
  • You can roll these in a few different coatings like desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, sprinkles etc.
  • You can get as creative as you want here.
