Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 175 ml double cream
- 225 g dark chocolate (good quality)
- 2 tbsp. sifted cocoa
- SIFTED ICING SUGAR FOR ROLLING
- 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 2 tbsp. colorful sprinkles
- 2 tbsp. dessicated coconut
Instruction
- In a small saucepan, pour the cream in and bring it to the boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
- Stir it continuously until it is all melted and you have a creamy smooth consistency.
- Set aside to cool for 2-3 hours.
- When cooled and set, cover your hands in icing sugar and roll teaspoon-sized balls. Roll in cocoa powder.
- You can roll these in a few different coatings like desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, sprinkles etc.
