Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 225 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 225 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 125 g chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 150 C
  • Sieve together the flour, baking powder, and salt, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Gradually stir in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  • Freeze the dough in the deep freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and cut the cookies into any shape you want to.
  • Place them on greased baking trays 3cm apart.
  • Flatten biscuits slightly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until light golden brown.
  • Remove from trays to cool on racks.
