Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 225 g plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 225 g unsalted butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 125 g chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 150 C
- Sieve together the flour, baking powder, and salt, set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
- Freeze the dough in the deep freezer for 20 minutes.
- Remove and cut the cookies into any shape you want to.
- Place them on greased baking trays 3cm apart.
- Flatten biscuits slightly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until light golden brown.
- Remove from trays to cool on racks.
