Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups salsa verde (from my previous recipe)
  • 2 cups canned chickpeas
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • cilantro to garnish

Instruction

  • Add salsa verde and chickpeas to a pan.
  • Heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped chicken until it's heated through. About 5 minutes.
  • Serve with cilantro as a garnish. Can also use avocados, chopped onions or sour cream.
  • Please note my recipe for Salsa Verde is pretty spicy so omit 1 jalapeño if you wish it to be less spicy.
