Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups salsa verde (from my previous recipe)
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- cilantro to garnish
Instruction
- Add salsa verde and chickpeas to a pan.
- Heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add chopped chicken until it's heated through. About 5 minutes.
- Serve with cilantro as a garnish. Can also use avocados, chopped onions or sour cream.
- Please note my recipe for Salsa Verde is pretty spicy so omit 1 jalapeño if you wish it to be less spicy.
