Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 8 ounces real lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized bowl, break apart the lump crab meat and then add in each of the ingredients.
  • Mix with a spoon, and transfer into another bowl.
  • Top with chives;
  • Serve with RITZ Crackers.
