Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1/4 cup (60g) pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (75g) almonds
  • 1/2 cup (75g) cashews
  • 1 lime (juice + zest)
  • 1/2 small chili pepper, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instruction

  • Coarsely blend all ingredients (without adding any water), about 2 minutes.
  • Shape into balls, and store in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before consuming.
